Đức Trung

Đức Trung, and his family were given the Liberator’s Blade by the Giant Speaking Turtle Đức; an ancient being that knows the first kings of Kinhnam. Đức Trung have a great responbility to use the legendary item when Kinhnam is in great danger and ruin, and it is needed. The prince is empathetic, kind, loyal, but also brave and protective of the peasantry that struggles in their homes and worry about bandits, other families, and of course, the Vermillion Empire that wishes to reclaim their southern territories. Trung often cares more about the moral laws and his subjects’ well-being then the laws that was created and put into practice by the Kinhnami Emperor Dương. He have a childhood love known as Ái Mai, who he helps defend her lands against Vermillion Invasion in the South.

Ái Mai

Ái Mai is known for her elegance in both dance and combat. She fights like a cat in the battlefield, but acts like a swan in the courts and palaces of Kinhnam. She fell in love with Đức Trung, when he aids her in defending the lands of Ái from the Vermillion armies in the south. She become attracted to his body at first, but become enthralled by his kindness, empathy, and caring heart. Mai is naive and reckless, but also loving, and protective of her people and their homes. She tries to keep the promise that when a person die, that they will receive a proper burial to make sure that their spirit and soul is at peace, and not become a vengeful spectre that goes and attacks the innocent.
